		<description>I dont think you will fail. I really don&#039;t. So I wont bet against you! I think you have enough will-power to complete the week! But, after that? Im not too sure!

I want you to know, I truly know how hard it is, because when I found out I had celiacs disease and crohn&#039;s disease the first things on my list of foods to avoid - are all things carbs.

And, even though its brutal? It does get LESS brutal after about 5 days. However, it&#039;s NEVER easy. Especially because most people always want what they cant have. And by most people, I mean ME.

Mother: How do I watch my lipids? I get the cholesterol but what is a lipid? I suppose I could google it but you are so much smarter than google.

Jenera: I like cooking I just don&#039;t have time to do it which is why I have been eating so much junk lately. I need to make the time. Simple as that. Who needs sleep anyway?

Holly: I don&#039;t do much dairy, rarely drink milk but I do cook with it. 

Maybe I should try the raw diet.</description>

I&#039;m glad you are still eating fruits and veggies though.  Give up processed but keep your carbs nutritious and only do &quot;diets&quot; that you can last a LIFE with, not a week!  Okay, that is enough lecturing from the aerobic instructor.  (I also HIGHLY recommend getting off dairy.  Diary is BAD!)</description>
