A looser bra? That is not good, sister. I tend to lose weight in my face first, then my waist, etc, etc, and my butt is last. But I like to have a little butt. Right now I have a lot. But I love my carbs. The bad kind. My goal is to just try to eat more healthy foods. Crappy food = crappy mood. Another day, 1/2 a Greek salad (no anchovies, they didn't have them. How can they call it a Greek salad without anchovies?) for lunch, the other 1/2 for dinner. Goodness knows I could lose the weight.
