I can't or rather won't remain there much longer. After seeing what goes on there day after day I would never consider opening any type of account with them. It's not only their poor customer service that I hear about but the technology side of the company is about 15 years behind the times. So consequently, they can't hold on to key personnel. They dont even call to tell u when u overdraft, or how much, because of the DAMN FEES THEY MAKE! Thats how they make their money, and the hell to the customers that are getting charged 37.50 per charge. I got screwed to almost $300 just because i overdraft a few things, totalling almost a whole 5 bucks...how screwed up is that. Jerks. Fuck U.S. bank. Never had trouble like this when i was with Bank of America. Quite frankly, I was overly satisfied with bank of america, unfortunately I moved to a place that the nearest bank of america is 75 miles away. Sick of this buttholes stealing our money. I did actually go in to two separate branches and complain. I had over $210 ...there were other pending items and then they decided to process a check and back post it. Interesting how the bank WINS!! They return 70 buck but i am closing my account. I am a loving usually happy person but i really want to kick Chase in the butt. Anyways, if anyone can recommend a good bank or credit union in the Roseville, ca area i would appreciated it. P.S. He wasn't quiet about it. They finally fixed it and at no charge. Sometimes being a VERY squeaky wheel is what you have to do.
